CRM Manager

A dynamic and experienced CRM Manager is needed to join the marketing team of a leading global organisation. This role is crucial in driving the success of lead generation and conversion processes, ensuring that marketing efforts are data-driven and strategically aligned with the companys growth ambitions.

What Youll Be Doing?

• Lead Acquisition & Management: Drive new leads into the sales funnel through targeted outreach campaigns and champion initiatives to increase engagement with key offerings, such as webinars.
• Data-Driven Insights: Utilise Salesforce to provide in-depth reporting on CRM activities, implement a sophisticated lead scoring system, and support automation across the customer journey.
• Application Replication: Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to drive processes that replicate successful applications across global markets, ensuring consistency and maximising opportunities.

What Experience Youll Need to Apply?

• Proven experience using Salesforce within a marketing context.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather insights and translate them into actionable strategies.
• A collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams and a proactive attitude towards information sharing.
