All About Care has two residential care homes for people with Mental Health difficulties in Herne Bay, Kent. The Hailey and Wimbledon House, each accommodating Young Adults (18-65) and Older Adults (over 65) at both locations.

Responsibilities:

• To work as part of our Care/Support team in delivering high quality care and support to our residents
• To carry out regular checks on residents throughout the night, assisting with personal care, dressing & undressing
• To assist in providing refreshments, breakfast & snacks as required
• Have some understanding of mental health conditions and support requirements
• Support residents with physical health conditions and during illness
• Ability to assisting residents with a variety of needs, including moving & handling
• Administer medication following training on our eMAR system
