We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Success Account Manager to join Ciphr.


Our Customer Success function strives to make the process of engaging with Ciphr’s products and services as easy and frictionless as possible for customers. Our objective is to work in partnership with our customers, proactively supporting them with their HR strategies.

Your role will be responsible for identifying additional revenue opportunities and driving customer growth, customer retention and advocacy for Ciphr’s product and services, as well as increasing Ciphr’s exposure and penetration in the marketplace.

Location:


This role is primarily remote with occasional travel to the office for team meetings and customer visits. We require flexibility with regards to adhoc travel both to our Reading office and to customer sites.


On a day-to-day basis of a Customer Success Account Manager, this is what you can expect:


  • Nurture and develop the relationship with customers to create customer advocacy of Ciphr’s products and services
  • Have proactive engagement with our customers to demonstrate, and ensure they experience the value of our products, services and expertise
  • Be a partner to our customer, to anticipate and recognise change within a customer’s business, identifying upsell opportunities to generate additional revenue
  • Manage the end to end sales process of any opportunities identified, ensuring expectations are managed proactively through timely and effective communication
  • Build deep and strategic relationships across multiple departments and stakeholder contacts to increase exposure, identify opportunities and grow the customers account
  • Be a subject matter expert in our products and services, ensuring knowledge is kept up to as these evolve.
