About this role:

The Customer service executive works as part of the broader merchandising and supply chain team and ensures the seamless execution of supply chain systems & processes to maximise efficiency for the UK & Ireland business.


You will act as a key support for the UK business to promote the brand position and achieve the brand vision - to become a unique premium & sport inspired brand, improving profitability and desirability while respecting the company’s values; to Play as One Team, Play with Elegance, Play by Daring and Play with Tenacity.


At a high level, this role entails: ensuring the smooth passage of goods both into the UK and then into our wholesale doors. This means working closely with the sales team to ensure their order book is executed in a timely manner. This role also involves coordinating with a number of logistics, customer service and warehouse teams, both internally and externally, so excellent communication skills are a must.


Main activities:

  • Works closely with the customer service manager and supply team to implement and adapt global processes to the UK market.
  • Brings strong support and coordinates the supply chain for all products in the UK, especially for wholesale key accounts.
  • Strong analytical skills to provide clear, accurate level information and reporting of shipping performance vs targets and KPIs.
  • Investigation and reconciliation of any compliance and delivery issues to include raising credits and communicating these to the customer.
  • Optimisation of the order-books to maximise conversion.
  • WHSL Order book cleaning.
  • Order entry management and order-book reconciliation.
  • Works closely with the 3PL and customer to ensure compliance and efficiency with shipments and customisation.
  • Reports risks & opportunities back to the business.
  • Checks and follows up on orders, stocks movements, stock arrivals, booking and shipping process.
  • Ensures all inventory is allocated in a timely manner.
  • Contributes to the continuous improvement of systems, tools, and processes, and finds smart solutions.
  • Builds a strong partnership with key Departments in France and in the UK to share common processes.


Main skills, competencies and knowledge required:

  • Successful experience as a customer service rep, supply chain executive, logistics coordinator. Key Account Order Management.
  • Proficient logistics & operations
  • Customer service, product, and sales oriented.
  • Handling basic figures analysis
  • Accountability
  • Advanced computer literacy skills, (Outlook, Excel)
  • Preferred understanding of ORLI, CBR, SAP
  • Excellent knowledge of the UK Market, passion for fashion.
