Job Description
Billing Manager - Recruitment - Southampton
A great opportunity to join an established recruitment business to manage a small team. This is a billing manager position and would suit someone with a proven track record of billings within technical markets who has either managed a team or has aspirations to do so that can't be met in their current business.
The role requires you to be on-site in the Southampton office so you will need to live a commutable distance away, and be eligible to work in the UK.
Requirements
- 360 Technical Recruitment Experience
- PTR of strong billings
- Management experience or exhibiting the necessary skills to step into a managerial role
- Highly organised and able to support the team in their KPI's
- Strong communicator
- Inspirational leadership qualities to help the team thrive
- Able to juggle own client and candidate workload whilst overseeing a team
Above industry norm commission structure, with strong incentives for over target performance.
