Oculus Legal Group, in close partnership with a highly reputable Legal 100 practice, is excited to be assisting with the appointment of an Associate or Senior Associate into their Commercial Property team in Cambridge.

Role Responsibilities

As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be part of a dynamic team handling a wide spectrum of commercial property matters, including:

• Managing commercial transactions such as acquisitions and disposals of residential and commercial developments.
• Advising a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, and broad landlord and tenant work.
• Updating and consulting with Senior Associates and Partners on ongoing matters.

Person Specification

I am keen to speak with qualified Property Solicitors with demonstrable experience in commercial property law. The ideal candidate will possess:

• A keen interest in commercial property matters (working on high-net-worth portfolios is advantageous)
• Demonstrate a good understanding of business drivers and needs of clients.
• Ideally, 3+ years PQE in Commercial Property.
