Corporate Senior/ Managing Associate - Up to £90,000 salary + full benefits package

This national firm boasts a strong reputation, with rankings in both Chambers and Legal 500, and seeks an established corporate Solicitor to bolster its expanding Manchester-based practice.

This opportunity is well-suited to a senior lawyer seeking a new challenge and to progress their career, driving growth with a highly regarded firm, noted for their excellent culture and high-quality work.

You will undertake a broad mix of corporate work including M&A, corporate finance, private equity, joint ventures, fundraising, shareholder agreements and general corporate advisory work.

The successful candidate will play a key role within the team, working closely with the lead Partner, nurturing local and national client relationships, promoting the growth of the wider business and the corporate team across the country.

You will be joining an ambitious team with strong technical ability, servicing clients from a variety of sectors including tech, healthcare, manufacturing, and financial services across the complete spectrum of corporate transactions.

The Candidate

• An established Corporate Solicitor, with a growing network of connections in Manchester
• Enthused by undertaking a lead role and support in client tenders/ business development
• Strong pedigree gained from reputable practice(s) in Manchester
• Strong work ethic and commercial acumen
• Motivated to progress and drive growth
