Lift Engineer

Lift Engineer - upto £44,600k pa - Portsmouth

My client are a large, global business with a growing team who are responsible for the inspection and maintenance of lifts and lifting appliances. They currently have a requirement for a Lift Engineer who will conduct thorough examinations, maintenance, commissioning, and defect diagnosis of Marine Lifts, lifting appliances and associated systems.

The successful candidate will resolve issues and faults associated with the operation and performance of systems, whilst supporting the wider Marine Systems Teams in their activities to maintain utilisation and produce technical detailed reports.

Knowledge & Experience:

• Technical knowledge and broad experience of Mechanical Systems, specifically lifting appliances and lifts, their maintenance, relevant legislation, and inspection requirements
• Able to carry out scheduled maintenance, thorough examinations, setting to work, fault diagnosis and defect rectification
• Qualified to NVQ level 3 & 4 to support inspection and maintenance activities (preferred)

As a Lift Engineer working for this company you will be earning a basic salary of up to £44,600 and will be entitled to a fantastic range of company benefits.
