As an Oxbridge Graduate, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing 1:1 and small group academic support across a range of subjects, ensuring students achieve their highest potential.
• Assisting students with exam preparation, study skills, and subject-specific knowledge, fostering a love for learning and academic success.
• Working closely with teachers to deliver tailored support for high-achieving students, helping them to excel in their studies.
• Acting as a role model and mentor, inspiring students to pursue academic excellence and guiding them through their educational journey.
• Supporting with extra-curricular activities, contributing to the school’s rich and varied programme outside the classroom.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A degree from Oxbridge or a Russell Group university, with a glowing academic record.
• A genuine passion for education and helping young people excel academically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
• A proactive and enthusiastic attitude, with a desire to make a real difference in an academic setting.
