Team Assistant - 12 Month FTC



Role: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract (potential to go permanent)

Team: Sales Team

Location: London

Salary: Competitive + Bonus + Benefits

Reporting to: Sales Director

WFH: Hybrid model, 3 days per week office-based

Direct Reports: N/A



About the Role:


A fantastic new Team Assistant Role with a leading Asset Manager based in London. The role will support the sales team, and MD on a wide variety of duties including administration, meeting preparation, event organisation, booking travel arrangements and research projects.


This position would best suit someone who enjoys working in a high-energy environment. Has strong organisational skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to multi-task effectively. Some experience working in the financial services market would be beneficial for this opportunity.



Responsibilities and Accountabilities:


  • Organising and maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.
  • Booking and managing travel arrangements for the team.
  • Interacting and liaising with stakeholders internally and externally
  • Managing expenses for the business.
  • Updating fee schedules as and when required.
  • Managing the company's database and ensuring all information is up to date and correct.
  • Assisting with all company events from concept to execution.
  • Responsible for preparing all committee and management meetings including arranging diaries, and agendas.
  • Making hard copy folders for potential acquisitions.
  • Project work relating to research for the sales team (residential values, locations, maps) as and when required.



Skills, Qualifications and Knowledge:


  • Degree or similar qualification.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar organisation.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite, Excel and data entry.
  • Work experience in financial services is beneficial but not essential for this role.
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills are key for this position.
  • Professionalism in appearance and attitude.
  • Strong organisation skills.
  • The ability to prioritise and manage your own workload.
