Mechanical Design Engineer

Job Description: As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing and developing mechanical systems for a variety of exciting projects Utilizing Revit and BIM360 to create and manage design models (Revit experience is non-negotiable) Collaborating on large-scale projects, including retail, commercial, residential, and industrial developments Attending site meetings and conducting site inspections to ensure project alignment and quality Liaising with professional teams and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution Projects include large retail shopping centres, commercial office buildings, deep basements, high-rise apartments, housing township developments, luxury single-residential homes, and industrial distribution centres Skills & Experience: Proficiency in Revit and BIM360 (non-negotiable) 1-3 years of experience in a building services environment Strong project management skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Detailed design is an advantage Draughting and design of Coordination Drawings Qualification: BSc/BEng/BTech degree in Mechanical Engineering Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
