Financial Controller

A pioneer in the FMCG sector is recruiting for a Financial Manager to join their team and play a crucial role in optimizing their supply chain operations. This company opened its doors over 100 years ago. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial aspects of our global supply chain. This role requires a deep understanding of supply chain processes, cost management, and financial analysis within the FMCG sector. Duties: Team management Liaising with African entities Overseeing the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the supply chain Analyzing supply chain costs, including procurement, production, logistics, and distribution, to identify cost-saving opportunities Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal controls across the supply chain Preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management Leading initiatives to enhance financial transparency and accuracy within the supply chain Education and Experience: CA(SA) At least 5 years post articles experience BOM/Costing experience is beneficial Experience working with African entities is essential Experience working with SAP is essential Supply chain experience is essential If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
