Credit Controller

One of the largest property companies is currently on the lookout for a Credit Controller . My client is looking for a strong Credit Controller to oversee debtor accounts and ensure the timely payment of all invoices. As a Credit Controller , you will be responsible for the following: Collect outstanding debts through phone calls and, when necessary, send demand letters to debtors. Address client billing and utility queries promptly. Manage the administration of a group of receivable accounts. Reconcile debtor accounts. Ensure credit notes are issued in a timely manner. Allocate any unallocated payments to debtor accounts once receipts are processed. Prepare monthly payment query reports for overdue accounts. Submit monthly arrears and legal reports. Work with attorneys, as needed, to recover outstanding debts. Serve as a backup Credit Controller for other business units during periods of illness or leave. Qualifications: Completed Matric 5 years experience in the same role Credit management qualification Strong attention to detail Property industry is preferred If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
