Senior Financial Accountant

A multinational company in the construction sector is currently looking for a Senior Financial Accountant to join their team. As a Senior Financial Accountant you will responsible for the following: Creditors, including preparing reconciliations (assisting in full function) Debtors, including processing invoices and then performing the recovery monthly invoices (assisting with full function) Month End processes Full control of Fixed Assets Year-end audit and preparation of the audit file Costing and control Preparing monthly management accounts Calculation of depreciation Managing provisions and accruals Processing Journals (including Payroll related journals) Preparing payments lists and requisitions Income tax and VAT submissions (communication with the SARS to resolve any tax complication) Ad hoc duties Job Experience and Skills Required: Completed Matric Completed BCom Accounting Minimum 5 - 10 years experience in a similar role Experience in the Multinational industry If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
