Job Description
Key Responsibilities Include: Leading financial planning, analysis, and reporting to ensure the organizations financial health. Directly managing the activities of the financial department. Developing budget forecasts to optimize resource allocation. Collaborating with auditors to ensure strict compliance and transparency. Utilizing advanced financial modeling and conducting thorough risk assessments to support sound business decisions. Qualifications & Experience: A BCom degree in Accounting or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial management role. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and standards, including GAAP and IFRS. Proven leadership and team management skills.
