Financial Manager

Key Responsibilities: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement. Prepare financial reports and present findings to senior management. Utilize Power BI to create dashboards and visualizations that support strategic decision-making. Manage cash flow, financial risks, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Masters Degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management. Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, report creation, and dashboard development. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
