Project Engineer

As a Project Engineer, specializing in Manufacturing Machinery, you will play a key role in managing and executing projects from concept to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality assurance, to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This position requires a strong technical background in manufacturing machinery, as well as excellent project management skills. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage engineering projects related to manufacturing machinery, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion. Collaborate with design and production teams to develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budget requirements. Oversee the design, development, and testing of manufacturing machinery, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure project goals are met. Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior management. Ensure that all engineering activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Provide technical support and guidance to team members and other departments as needed. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation in project management and manufacturing practices. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 3 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in manufacturing machinery or a related industry. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, machinery design, and production techniques. Proven experience in managing complex engineering projects from start to finish. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to manufacturing machinery.
