Superintendend Engineer

Requirements: Mechanical Engineer Diploma or Degree with 5 years' experience in a similar environment (Marine). Ensures that the workshop machines are clean and maintained in accordance with the manufacturers instructions with records of inspections and work performed. Maintains controls of all special and hand tooling, slings, lifting and safety equipment to ensure that they are in good order. Ensures the cleanliness and upkeep of the workshop and on job sites. Preparation of work time estimations (input schedule). Organization of the working packages to be done related to engine commissioning. Ensures SHEQ compliance. Ensures that the equipment works to its specification. Witnesses test results. Supervision of engineering and technical staff. Trouble shooting. Engine overhauling on two stroke, medium & high speed engines.
