Senior Electronic Engineer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Electronic Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing success. Job Overview: As a Senior Electronic Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and implementation of complex electronic systems and components. You will lead engineering projects, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest standards of quality and performance. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop electronic circuits, systems, and prototypes from concept to production. Lead and manage engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications. Perform detailed electronic design, simulation, and analysis. Oversee and mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance and support. Collaborate with other departments including software engineering, mechanical engineering, and manufacturing to integrate and test electronic systems. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices. Keep abreast of technological advancements and incorporate new technologies into design processes. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field; Masters Degree preferred. Experience in electronic design and development. Proven experience with electronic circuit design, PCB layout, and system integration. Strong proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Altium, Cadence). Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Experience with embedded systems and firmware development is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Project management experience is advantageous.
