Embedded Hardware Engineer

As a Senior Embedded Hardware Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and optimization of embedded systems and hardware components. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet both technical and business requirements. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving innovation and ensuring the reliability and performance of our products. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of embedded hardware systems, including schematic capture, PCB layout, and component selection. Collaborate with software engineers to integrate hardware with embedded firmware and ensure seamless operation. Perform hardware debugging, testing, and validation to identify and resolve issues. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and test plans. Evaluate and select appropriate hardware components and technologies based on project requirements. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in embedded hardware design and development. Proven experience with PCB design tools (e.g., Altium Designer, KiCad) and circuit simulation software. Strong understanding of microcontrollers, digital and analog circuits, and signal integrity. Experience with hardware debugging tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters. Familiarity with embedded software development and integration. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
