Patensie Citrus Limited (PSB) - situated in the Gamtoos Valley is a well-established company specializing in various disciplines of the Citrus Export Supply Chain, such as cultivating and populating of citrus trees; production, packing and marketing of citrus fruit. Due to sustained growth the following career opportunity has became available. FINANCIAL MANAGER The incumbent will be part of a dynamic finance team, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Key Responsibilities and Duties Will, Amongst Others, Include : Financial planning and analysis - creating and implementing financial strategies to enhance profitability and growth. Financial Reporting - ensure accurate & timely reporting, including preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. Compliance Management - monitor and enforce compliance with financial laws, tax regulations & reporting standards, including experience with SARS specifically in Income Tax and VAT. Cash Flow Management - assist in forecasting & management. Documentation - maintain comprehensive documentation of the PSBs financial status and forecasts. This position will collaborate closely with all the other departments to achieve the expected financial goals. The Successful Candidate Will Have: A Bachelors degree in Finance/Accounting. Completed articles (SAIPA/SAICA/CIMA) with approximately 5 years practical experience, which will definitely strengthen the application. Experience in dealing with SARS, specifically Income Tax and VAT. Required Skills, Abilities and Attributes: Ability to analyse financial data & trends. Strong communication skills for collaborating with executive management and all relevant colleagues. Unequivocal mindset of maintaining high ethical standards at all times.
