Event Planning Manager (w/m/d)

We are the first Hyatt Regency and Hyatt Place in Switzerland with over 550 guest rooms, directly connected to the Circle Convention Center with over 2,800 square meters of event space. The convention center is also operated by Hyatt and can accommodate up to 2,500 guests. The hotel is in the most central and best-connected location in Switzerland, in the heart of Europe. We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Event Planning Manager to join Hyatt Regency Zurich Airport The Circle. Work experience in Event Planning, or a related field. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, to prioritize tasks and manage multiple events simultaneously. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, guests, and team members. Demonstrated leadership abilities, including experience in managing a team and overseeing event operations. Creativity and ability to think outside the box to deliver unique and memorable events.
