Job Description
As our global footprint continues to grow, we are looking for a Maintenance Mechanic with experience working with HVAC systems to join our team in Northbrook, IL.
* Required: High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Required: Certifications and/or licensing in HVAC systems.
* Required: Ability to work on-site in Northbrook, IL, Monday through Friday, starting at 8am.
* Highly preferred: On-the-job experience in commercial maintenance and repair.

The Maintenance Mechanic I is responsible for fabrication, installation, maintenance, major repairs and operation of all building equipment; such as boilers, HVACs, compressors, and more with minimal supervision
* Performs electrical, welding, carpentry and masonry work associated with all building equipment, accessories and components.
* This includes producing all support documentation such as calculations, materials lists and as built drawings.
* Provides assistance in the various duties in heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), mechanical, chemical and electrical disciplines.
* Assists in problem solving and training of subordinates in the repair and installation of building equipment and components.
* Performs other duties as directed.
