About the role:

PwC's Prudential Risk and Regulation team assists clients with a wide array of prudential regulatory matters, including Pillar 1 and 2 capital and liquidity requirements, recovery and resolution planning, and regulatory reporting.

In terms of Pillar 2, we help clients meet Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) and Internal Liquidity Adequacy Assessment Process (ILAAP) requirements through hands-on support, review and challenge, as well as training Boards and management teams. We interact with senior firm individuals, underscoring the significance of Pillar 2 in managing capital and liquidity adequacy. Our services include independent reviews of risk identification, risk assessment, stress testing, and capital and liquidity quantifications. We also prepare management for UK regulatory interactions, such as the Supervisory Review and Evaluation Process (SREP) and Senior Management Function interviews, through coaching and mock interviews.

We guide clients through the complex authorisation process, offering strategic, financial, and regulatory modelling advice, and regulatory documentation support. Our team collaborates with other PwC units to ensure robust governance, IT strategy, and operational resilience.
