Job Description

With a reputation for excellence and a commitment to professional growth, they are looking to expand their team in hiring a dedicated Residential Conveyancing Solicitor.

The Role:

This firm are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth, efficient, and legally sound property transactions for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Liaison: Provide expert advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process, ensuring clear communication and understanding at every stage.
  • Transaction Management: Handle a diverse range of Residential Property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and lease extensions from initial instruction through to completion.
  • Document Preparation: Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements with precision.
  • Due Diligence: Conduct thorough property searches and investigations, addressing any issues that arise and advising clients accordingly.
  • Contract Exchange and Completion: Manage the exchange of contracts, ensure all conditions are met, and oversee the completion process to ensure transactions are concluded efficiently.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other parties involved in the transaction to facilitate smooth proceedings.
  • Legal Compliance: Stay updated on changes in property law and conveyancing practices, ensuring all work complies with current regulations and best practices.
  • Client Care: Deliver exceptional client service, maintaining high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years of experience in Residential Conveyancing.
  • Proven ability to manage a busy caseload effectively and efficiently.
  • Strong understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality client service.
  • Proficiency in using case management systems and legal software.
