Job Description
Are you a newly qualified to 1 PQE solicitor with ideally 12 months of real estate experience during/post traineeship and considering a move?
My Edinburgh client, a UK heavyweight with a first class real estate service throughout the market has a requirement for an NQ - 1 PQE solicitor with seats in commercial property. As mentioned, this will ideally have been for twelve months, although those with a 6 month seat at a top three tier firm will most certainly be considered.
You will work on a varied caseload of purchase and sales, within a department renowned for being at the forefront of this type of work. You will have the opportunity to gain some experience of renewables although the firm does have a unit dedicated to this type of real estate work.
This is an ideal opportunity for the trainee that has waited for the right opportunity to become available to them in a very buoyant market.
You will be supported in your career development by some of the most notable Partners within commercial property and given the genuine opportunity to shape your career in the way you want it to be.
