Our client is a fast-growing B2B printing company at the forefront of digital printing, and they are looking to expand their team of superstars! They believe in having pride in printing, service and products and as such demand the same from their team.

When you join the team, you are not just another number but part of a family of dedicated, passionate, energetic and motivated people who desire and strive to be the very best they can. They are now creating an artwork department to support their customers and their printers. Artwork is vital to achieve the best results to ensure customer satisfaction therefore attention to detail is paramount to success in the role.

It's not simply following a set of instructions; but interpreting the customers digital visions and translating them into print and reality. It's understanding the garments, sizes and complexities and what their customers are aiming to achieve. Inbound and outbound contact will be crucial to the success of this role as it's imperative to maintain strong communication lines with our customers for queries & suggestions.

Artwork visuals & creation is a crucial part of our customers' journey to understanding the digital print medium. Our client take it upon ourselves to hold their hands and support them through it and for it be successful for them with satisfaction from their customer's in turn leading to our success and continued growth.

Our client customers range in size from start up companies to brands so you'll be working in a fast paced environment. Building rapport is vital to the role and you must be confident in both inbound and outbound communication via phone and email.

The role will involve:

• Downloading and extracting artwork from various formats
• Creating mock up files for customer approval
• Ensuring artwork is print ready as per customer specifications
• Basic design work as when required
• Sales administration work

About you:

• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator is essential
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
• Able to use your own initiative
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
• Professional and polite telephone manner
