Were looking fora Team Manager to manage a team of Recovery Advisors and Peer Workers for the Thinking Well specialist personality disorder service.

This is a full-time post and youll be supported by the Senior Service Manager to lead this service. Were looking for someone that can offer line management and non-clinical supervision.

To succeed in this role youll need a good understanding of working in mental health or equivalent transferable skills and a genuine passion for supporting people to explore their needs. Youll receive a comprehensive induction followed up with regular training and well invest in you to give you all the tools you need to succeed.
