We Do What We Say and We Care

Here are a some of the activities you will be involved in:

  • Communicating with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries and understand priorities.
  • Monitoring work output from start to finish, ensuring progress is regularly recorded and communicated.
  • Following established administrative processes, such as updating systems or inputting data for management reporting.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for operations colleagues, helping to provide resolutions to any issues.

We would love to hear from you if you can demonstrate the following:

You should have relevant experience working in a fast-paced environment where you have assessed situations and made quick decisions. Extensive administration experience, preferably within a planning/utilities environment, is desirable. You will also need excellent IT skills, particularly with Microsoft applications, and strong organisational abilities to manage and prioritise your own workload.

Good knowledge of NRSWA is beneficial, along with a demonstrable ability to respond to changing priorities and meet deadlines. The ability to investigate, evaluate, and respond to situations efficiently is also essential.

If this sounds like you, apply today!
