Sales Administrator

Quest Employment is looking for Sales Advisor to join our client based in Northampton. The ideal candidate will provide technical guidance and support to both internal teams and external clients. This role requires strong communication skills, time management abilities, and a solid understanding of IT systems.

This is a temp to perm position with a 12 weeks probation period through the agency.

Monday-Friday 8AM-4PM - £24500-£26000 depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to client enquiries via email and phone, providing accurate pricing and information.
• Assist customers with technical questions related to panel cutting and CNC routing.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow in a busy environment.
• Utilize computer skills to manage orders, pricing, and communication effectively.
• No cold calls

Requirements:

• A good telephone manner.
• A proficient standard of written English and spelling.
• Good communication skills.
• The ability to work within a team in a busy environment.
• Good computer skills.
