Job Title: Domiciliary Care Assistant

Location:Solihull & Surrounding Areas

Pay/Salary:£13.00 - £13.80 p/hr + mileage

Hours of work: Flexible Hours to be built up over time, must be available for some early mornings, evenings and alternate weekends.

Training: Full training provided

Job Description:

As a domiciliary care assistant at Bright Dawn Home Care, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Assisting with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Supporting with daily activities, including meal preparation and medication reminders
• Promoting independence and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment
• Building strong relationships with clients and their families
• Following individual care plans and documenting any changes or observations

Qualities we're looking for:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliability and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Essential Requirements:

• Current UK Driving License and your own vehicle
• Right to work in the UK
• Good standard of oral and written communication skills
• Flexibility must be available to work mornings, evenings and alternative weekends.
