Your Role:


As a Social Worker within the Children in Our Care team, you will:

  • Build and maintain relationships with children and young people to support their emotional, physical, and developmental needs.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to ensure the best outcomes for the children and young people you support.
  • Maintain clear, accurate records, ensuring that all statutory duties are met in line with current legislation and best practice.
  • Participate in reflective practice sessions and use supervision to continually develop your skills and confidence.
  • Be part of a team that encourages innovation, reflective learning, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Who We're Looking For:


We are seeking passionate and dedicated social workers who:

  • Are registered with Social Work England.
  • Have experience working with children in care or a similar field.
  • Are committed to providing the highest quality care and support to children and families.
  • Are able to manage caseloads effectively while maintaining strong relationships with colleagues and partner agencies.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
