The Role:

The firm is seeking to hire an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to be based in their Ipswich office in Suffolk.

You will deal with a broad range of work, including Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold), transfers of equity, re-mortgages, and voluntary registrations.

This role has excellent prospects for progression, including a clear and structured route to Senior positions and Partnership for those who want it.

Requirements:

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with 2-5 years PQE
• You should be an ambitious and dynamic individual who wants to be at the forefront of an exciting, award-winning department
• You should have good technical knowledge and experience across all aspects of the conveyancing process
