• Attractive Salary up to £42,000 per year
• 12 months contract - within IR35 - PAYE - paid on a weekly basis
• Hybrid role (2-3 days onsite, free parking available)

Your Profile:

• Strong experience providing technical support for B2B software
• Familiarity with Java, SQL, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs
• Experience with CRM tools (ServiceNow, Salesforce) and defect tracking systems (JIRA)
• UNIX/Linux environment experience is a plus

What You’ll Do:

• Provide technical support to business customers using our platform
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues
• Develop deep expertise across our product suite
• Create and maintain knowledge articles to help resolve customer-reported problems
• Perform operational tasks like provisioning, configuring, and restoring cloud services
