We now need a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the ride!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee new contracts and collaborate with clients to assess financial impacts of projects.
  • Track and forecast project costs, including staff, subcontractors, and materials.
  • Provide updates on commercial aspects at project meetings.
  • Manage commercial processes related to project changes, issue necessary notices, and handle cost variations.
  • Prepare monthly billing statements, oversee invoice creation, and monitor client payments.
  • Produce regular commercial activity reports and act as the primary commercial contact with clients.
  • Support final account reviews and documentation.
  • Assist in commercial evaluations for new bids and pricing.


Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail with proficient data entry skills.
  • A proactive, learning-oriented attitude with flexibility in task management.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to new challenges.
  • Problem-solving skills with a positive outlook.
  • Experience in construction or engineering, and familiarity with office environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel, and experience handling internal and external customer interactions.
