I am working on a fantastic opportunity for a conveyancer (CLC / Solicitor / CILEx) to join a highly rated firm in Birmingham and take on a caseload consisting of New Build matters including:

• Sales and Purchases


• Right to buy


• Shared Ownership


• Lease extension


• Transfers of Equity

My client is looking for a hard working, friendly and ambitious individual to join their team, take on an existing caseload and assist more junior members of staff where necessary.



Salary: £42000 - £48000

Hybrid working available
