Our client was established in March 2022 following the merger of two local colleges. With three established colleges in their area, their aspiration is to be outstanding in everything they do.

Their new Group Executive Director of Finance & Resources will be a key member of their highly effective Executive Team.

They are seeking a positive and dynamic strategic leader with strong financial acumen and comprehensive experience of the FE sector’s financial landscape. You will oversee financial operations, ensuring fiscal health and compliance with financial regulations. Liaison with their experienced Board of Governors will be crucial, and you will possess excellent communication skills and a proven track record in financial planning, risk management, and audit oversight to safeguard the Group finances and ensure future sustainability and growth. This role also encompasses Finance, Management Information Services and Funding, Estates, and IT Services.
