Supply Tennis Centre Administrator/Receptionist
As and when required, £11.69 per hour
Easton College Tennis Centre are currently seeking to recruit a receptionist/administrator to join their dynamic, hardworking and supportive administration team.
As the region's premier tennis facility boasting 8 indoor courts, 4 outdoor clay courts, 4 full time coaches and the county's largest coaching programme. We also run the UK's largest centre-based tournament programme.
The Tennis Centre receptionist and administrator's duties will include providing administrative support for all our programmes, supporting the management and coaching teams and carrying out cashier duties.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a proactive and enthusiastic approach, along with exceptional customer service to all of our customers. Whilst at the same time ensure all facilities are maintained to the highest-level including health and safety, cleanliness and presentation. Please note no prior tennis experience is necessary for this post.

As a College we are required to undertake various Safer Recruitment checks as set out within the guidance from the Department for Education Keeping Child Safe in Education. We require all staff to undertake an enhanced Adult and Child Workforce DBS Check and to register with the DBS Update Service. Please note: From 28 November 2020 the government implemented changes to the filtering rules, and we have been instructed that we cannot accept any update service checks on DBS certificates that have been issued before this date. Therefore, a new one must be completed with City College Norwich.
