What do the company do?

Our client were founded in 1987 and since have grown to become a cable stockist, specialising in the supply, management and distribution of electric cables. The two main categories of cables they supply are industrial flexible cales and fixed wiring energy cables.

What would my role be as a Graduate Sales Executive?

Based from the office in Smethwick, this role would see you learn all aspects of the business. Your role as a Commercial Trainee would see you develop over a period of 12 months, with the first 3 months mainly training focused, and after this time to be introduced to your sales targets. This will be largely handling incoming inquiries from existing customers about pricing and product details. You will be representing their full range of products and selling into mainly independent Electrical Wholesalers. There is scope for this role to develop into more of a client facing position further down the line.
