We’ve partnered with a rapidly expanding IFA practice based in Derby, seeking a Client Support Specialist. This role is ideal for someone with an administrative background, who is eager to develop in the Wealth Management Sector.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience: Administrative experience, ideally in financial services and a strong desire to develop your skills.
• Comfortable with both client interaction and back-office duties, maintaining excellent client relationships.
• Soft skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on building trust and long-term client relationships.
• Flexibility to work with a single adviser as the practice grows, maintaining a personal touch with clients.
• Ideally based within 45 minutes to an hour from Derby.
