Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to support the Principals and management team of a top 50 Firm . You’ll manage a client portfolio, oversee junior staff, and streamline accounting and tax processes to ensure timely financial reporting.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Principals and management team in client delivery.
  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members.
  • Prepare Corporate Tax Returns for FRS 105 clients.
  • Improve accounting workflows between bookkeeping and accounts teams.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure service quality.
  • Finalise accounts under Senior Manager and Principals’ guidance.


Requirements:

  • ACA or ACCA qualified with 1-2 years PQE.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and Xero.
  • Proven experience managing teams and client relationships.
  • Ability to prioritize under pressure and meet deadlines.
