Clinical Trial Site Manager

The Company

Carrot Recruitment are acting as a recruitment agency sourcing a Clinical Trial Site Manager for a permanent full-time position. This is a great opportunity to join a clinical research provider who is making positive headway supporting pharmaceutical companies to identify new products to positively impact patient care and treatment. This role will be based onsite with the successful person being responsible for multiple clinical trials within the site. They will working closely with the internal study team, sponsors and CRO partners.

The Role

Reporting to the Clinical Services Director and CEO, the Senior Clinical Trial Manager. Managing the onsite clinical studies it will be their overall responsibility to ensure the compliant and efficient running of trials in accordance to GCP and company SOPs. Accountable for achieving site KPIs in relation to patient recruitment, screening and quality, as well as working with the company QA officer to ensure site compliance.

You

• Proven experience of clinical trial coordination and operations for commercial trials
• Line Management experience (preferred) along with exceptional leadership ability
• GCP trained (although refresher training can be completed within onboarding)
• Superior communication and organisation skills
• Familiarity with preparing for internal and external audits
• Able to work to collaboratively to achieve site KPIs
• Proficient and accurate use of EDC systems
