My client is a global leader in paper-based packaging solutions. Serving industries like food, beverage, and household products, they are known for their innovative, sustainable designs and commitment to quality. The company emphasises renewable resources and recycling, offering products such as folding cartons and beverage carriers, driving growth through continuous innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Service, maintain, and repair packaging machinery at client sites.

* Conduct machinery overhauls and upgrades.

* Build and maintain positive client relationships.

* Educate clients on equipment productivity and safety protocols.

* Advise on machinery maintenance and carton handling procedures.

* Collaborate with sales team to meet customer needs.

Key Requirements:

* Engineering experience in the packaging industry.

* Mechanical, Electrical, or Multi-Skilled Engineer qualification.

* Experience in the food/beverage sector is a plus.

* Willingness to stay away 2-3 nights a week.

* Beneficial: prior field service experience.

* Ability to work independently and perform physical tasks.

What We Offer:

* Salary up to £40,000 - £50,000 (DOE).

* Company vehicle or allowance.

* Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours a week.

* Overtime available with additional earning potential. (most engineers take an additional 6-10K per annum)

* 34 days holiday including bank holidays.
