Key Responsibilities for the Senior Test Engineer:

• Design Cutting-Edge Solutions: Develop and implement ATE board-level hardware solutions to ensure top-notch performance and reliability.
• Vendor Management: Oversee external vendors and OSATs, ensuring smooth production transfer and release.
• Craft Comprehensive Test Plans: Create detailed test strategies to validate and optimize semiconductor products.
• Drive ATE Correlation: Lead exercises to ensure accuracy and consistency in automated test equipment.

Key Requirements for the Senior Test Engineer:

• Platform Expertise: Extensive experience with Teradyne or Advantest platforms.
• Testing Experience: Proven background in wafer and final test processes.
• Programming Skills: Proficient in C++, Python, Unix, and other relevant programming languages.
• Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel to suppliers and customers as needed.
• Bonus Skills: Knowledge of High-Speed SERDES is a plus!
