Who's hiring? -

This leading multi-million-pound business intelligence company targeting the healthcare, technology and education industry. The company aim to educate and inform industry leaders in how to better their operations via their leading insights. They are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to help them achieve this during a period of large growth for the company. Our client empowers the way in which suppliers work with the NHS - enabling them to understand their market, engage intelligently, in order to work effectively.


The role -

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Marketer to move up the career ladder, develop their skills, and join a leading B2B business intelligence company. This role will report directly into the Head of Events Marketing, working in an immediate team of 6. The main objective of this role is to provide the sales and commercial teams with a high volume of quality leads via ABM campaigns. The Senior Marketing Manager will be expected to collaborate with inside sales and sales management to improve conversion metrics and beat goals.


What you can expect to be doing -

  • Implement effective longer thorough multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate new business leads and enquiries for sales and nurture campaigns.
  • Write compelling copy and deliver updated marketing materials that will engage target audiences.
  • Create and deliver on all ABM strategies.
  • Delivering regular reporting metrics against KPIs and suggesting any change to approach
  • Work with the sales team on the design and development of sales enablement materials to support their conversations with targets and deliver interested customers to the top of the sales funnel.
  • Create and maintain target personas and customer journeys by market segment based on your understanding of the customer, trends in the market, and data and analytics from the business.


What they would like from you -

  • At least 4 years experience in delivering successful ABM Campaigns that have engaged customers, driven leads and supported large revenue targets.
  • Medical or pharmaceutical knowledge or background would be preferred.
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as a strong commitment to team working and collaboration
  • Knowledge of service marketing with large revenue targets.
  • A working knowledge of Marketo or Pardot will be preferred.
  • Experience in working with external agencies to maximise campaigns.
  • Data and analytical mindset
