This firm is seeking an ambitious and driven Partner to join its rapidly growing employment team. The appointed candidate will be dealing with a full spectrum of employment law matters, contentious and non-contentious, advising a diverse range of clients on complex and challenging situations.

• The role will involve management and supervision of junior staff, focusing on ensuring excellent client service and professional development of the wider team.

• The firm are considering candidates that have experience in general advisory, redundancy, and dealing with unfair dismissal, discrimination, and whistle-blowing claims. You should also have experience in TUPE, Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation (including in insolvency situations) and advising on senior executive exits.

• A strong client following, with a minimum of £300K, is essential to assist in expanding the firm’s market presence. You will have the ability to build a strong rapport with clients and the rest of the team, as well as be motivated to participate in business development initiatives.
