Job Title: Mobile Contracts Supervisor (M&E Maintenance)

Location: Greater London (Outskirts of M25)

Salary: £50,000 per annum + Vehicle & Fuel Card

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Contracts Supervisor to join our clients team, covering the Greater London area. In this role, you will primarily oversee maintenance tasks across various sites located on the outskirts of the M25. You will spend 90% of your time off the tools, focusing on supervisory duties, with the flexibility to assist with hands-on PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance tasks when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of a team of engineers and contractors, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Assist with PPM and reactive maintenance tasks when required, ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor and track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds contract requirements.
  • Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met, taking proactive measures to address any issues.
  • Manage and enforce RAMs (Risk Assessment Method Statements) and ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure maintenance tasks are performed to the highest standards and within compliance guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) maintenance supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of PPM, reactive maintenance, and M&E systems.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Full UK driving license.
