Health and Safety Manager

Heathgate Search is delighted to partner with a leading Healthcare provider to appoint a Health and Safety Manager. Your time will be split between working from home and visiting sites across England.

You can be based anywhere in England for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively lead, inspire and manage a team of Health and Safety Advisors
• Provide competent Health and Safety advice, conduct site inspections and carry out risk assessments
• Write Health and Safety policies/procedures and submit reports under RIDDOR
• Conduct performance reviews and effectively communicate with your team
• Develop a great Health and Safety culture across the organisation

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• NEBOSH Diploma
• Experience within the healthcare, social care, property or housing industries
• First-class communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience line managing staff and in-depth knowledge of Health and Safety
