SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
- Experience working within Manufacturing / Production is a must.
- Experience within a sales / Account Manager function is a must - at least 2 years.
- Experience working within a Brewery setting is an advantage.
- Confidence in using IT systems (including MS Office 365) with a working knowledge of Excel.
- Time Management skill set
- Strong Communication
- Sales Drive
- Out side the box thinking - Create new ideas on how to push new product / increase sales
THE ROLE ITSELF
- Manage incoming & outgoing telephone calls
- Communicating with both new and existing customers/clients
- Creating new leads / sales opportunities.
- Up selling where possible
- Customer service enquiries / handling
- Update CRM and database systems
- Raising Orders
- Time management
