Job Description
The Business:
A prestigious global advisory/outsourcing business
Location - Central London (1/2 days a week in the office)
Salary - c.£65k - £75k + Car Allowance + Wider Package
Key Responsibilities:
- Categories covered: Professional Services (legal, finance and other support services) and HR (recruitment, benefits, learning and development)
- Spend c.£50m
- You will be expected to develop and implement category strategy as well as deliver key projects in a hands on role
- Some key projects on the horizon include a Payments & Travel project, as well as an entire PSL review
- Whilst the Procurement team have some good buy-in, they are still going on their procurement maturity journey. As such they need someone who can continue to build strong stakeholder relationships and continue to drive procurement's reputation forward
Key Skills:
- Must have strong examples of driving savings and added value within the HR/Professional Services categories
- Someone who knows what good looks like in terms of procurement 'best practice'
- Excellent interpersonal skills in order to build strong stakeholder relationships
- Comfortable presenting and interacting with senior leadership to C-Suite level
- MCIPS/CIPS/Degree would be useful but not essential
